Marcel Baudis

After having studied in fine establishments, with great chefs and abroad, he settled in Paris. He is one of the precursors of Bistronomy and one of the ambassadors of the culinary South West. The quality of its cuisine and its restaurants has been recognized by all.

By practicing at La Table du Have, the circle is somewhat complete, since it was at the hotel school in Auch that Marcel cut his teeth; situation that would have been improbable without the meeting and friendship of Philippe and Isabelle,owners of the places that submitted to himthis slightly crazy project for a gourmet restaurant in the middle of the countryside, in their domain!.

of friendship

La Table du Have is first of all a meeting several years ago in Paris.

Isabelle and Philippe appreciate, like so many others, the table of Marcel Baudis.

A friendship is woven that will survive time.
